Lyzette Sanchez, a board-certified nurse practitioner, founder of New Creation Health, Flutter Urgent Care, and The Cocoon Clinic. She created these spaces out of a calling, to offer the kind of care she believes everyone deserves: compassionate, efficient, and deeply transformative.

As a single mother and dedicated clinician, She knows what it means to carry heavy burdens and to still choose healing, growth, and purpose. For the last few years she’s served as a primary care provider, treating chronic conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, autoimmune disorders, anxiety and depression, often with medications alone. But deep down, she knew something was missing.

Our healthcare system is broken. It’s reactive, rushed, and disconnected from the whole person. Now is the time to change that.

Her journey from critical care nursing to primary care medicine and spiritual healing, has shaped a new vision for healthcare. Through Flutter Urgent Care, she meets busy individuals where they are, offering quick, trusted telehealth care with heart. At The Cocoon Clinic, she helps patients uncover the root causes of illness and walk with them through physical, emotional, and spiritual transformation. Under New Creation Health, she’s building a new model of care, one grounded in empathy, wholeness, and real, lasting change.

She believes healing isn’t linear, and it isn’t one-size-fits-all… She understands this sounds cliché but she believes with the right support, you can become the healthiest version of yourself;  body, mind, and spirit.
